Destination: Manchester VT, Dudley style

Our co-founder Lauren took to the Vermont slopes with her family for winter break—and despite an unseasonably warm winter, the vibe was pure chill.

Here are the sights and scenes Lauren & family found in Manchester.

Stay

The Equinox Resort & Spa
"This resort is so family-friendly—the indoor pool and arcade games were a huge hit, and the s'mores around the firepit in the evenings were the perfect way to cap our days."

Shop

The Northshire Bookstore
"A must with children…tons of books, fun things and a comfy reading couch. We spent quite a while here one afternoon!"

Eat

Cristo’s Pizza
"I love a family-owned business and the pizza here is crowd-pleasing!"

Up for Breakfast
"Amazing pancakes!"

Gringo’s (reservation recommended)
"A cozy cute Mexican spot with great tacos."

Johnny Seesaw’s Restaurant
"Perfect for après ski. With the kids' arcade next to the Tavern, everyone was entertained."

Chop House at the Equinox
"A bit fancier, but they do have a great kids' menu. Food was delicious!"

Ski

"The kids did ski school three days in a row at Bromley Mountain – highly recommend for learning skiers! Awesome ski instructors, small and manageable mountain, only 10 minute drive from Equinox. They have a restaurant and cafeteria with great food options."

Escape

"Highly recommend the spa at the Equinox as well…was lucky to sneak away and get a massage while the kids were skiing!"
