Role and Responsibilities

  • Achieve sales and client outreach goals on a weekly and monthly basis
  • Engage and approach all customers in a timely manner
  • Share brand and product knowledge with the customer
  • Create and grow client relationships and build personal clientele through proactive client outreach
  • Maintain and update client books, track personal productivity, and take initiative to set appointments to drive business
  • Embrace brand values to provide exceptional customer experience
  • Exceed customers expectations at all times
  • Assist manager in the execution of merchandise presentation and visual direction
  • Maintain a clean and organized appearance of Townhouse
  • Unpack, steam and organize deliveries
  • This position is temporary with an approximate timeline of September 7th 2020 to January 31st 2021
  • This is an hourly position located at our Greenwich, CT showroom
  • Candidate must be flexible with scheduling and available to work retail hours 5 days a week, which may include weekends and/or holidays, based on company needs
