The memories of our Nantucket lobster bake are going to keep us warm long after summer fades to fall. Though the coastal view definitely stole the show that perfect evening, our signature cocktail, the Pineapple Chili Margarita, was a close co-star. Refreshing with just the right level of kick, it was a well-chilled way to invite the Dudley Stephens iconic pineapple in.
Here’s how to keep your summer vibe going in Dudley style, by mixing one up at home.
The Pineapple Chili Margarita
In a shaker with ice, combine:
1 ½ oz tequila
¾ oz orange liqueur (Cointreau)
¾ oz fresh lime juice
2 oz pineapple juice
A dash (just a dash!) of Tabasco
Shake, strain on the rocks and finish with a fresh slice of pineapple. Cheers!
