Chest
Wrap the tape measure around the chest circumference at the widest point. Stand in a relaxed posture and breathe out. Measurement is the point at which the end of the tape meets the remaining length.
Waist
Measure around the natural waistline, keeping the tape comfortably loose. Measurement is the part at which the end of the tape meets the remaining length.
Hips
Remove your outer garments, put your feet together, and wrap a measuring tape straight and snug around the widest part of your hips. Your hip measurement is the point at which the end of the tape meets the remaining length.
Length
Measure from where your neck joins your shoulder and measure down to where you want the bottom of the top to end.
Sleeve
Measure from the top of shoulder where a bra strap would hit down to your wrist.
