What is the difference between vello and terry fleece?I have two turtlenecks which I love but cannot remember which fabric I ordered.: Hi Page, Thank you for your message. First I would be happy to explain the difference in the materials. Terry Fleece is what you ordered previously and those products are similar to a luxury sweatshirt fabric with hook-and-loop texture that’s almost towel-like. It’s lighter in weight so perfect for all seasons. Vello Fleece is our soft, tightly woven fabric that is most like the “traditional” fabric people associate with fleece .
