"I just love this plaid toddler turtleneck. My daughter is 20 months old and typically in a 18-24month size, sometimes a size smaller if the brand runs a little big. Needless to say, this is a little big in a 2T, but I roll down the turtleneck and roll up the sleeves. Hoping she should get two winters out of it! Probably will buy more colors!"
