Orders placed October 25 through December 9, 2022 will be eligible for return/exchange until January 9th 2023. Orders placed December 10th or after will be subject to our typical 30-day return/exchange window.
We make it easy for giftees to find just the right fit. You can add a gift receipt for every item within your order. By adding a gift receipt to your order, the giftee will have all the information necessary to set up their gift return.
To generate a gift receipt:
Log in to your account at the top right of any page at dudley-stephens.com
Under My Account, click the order number for the gifted item
Click View Gift Receipt
A printable/shareable gift receipt will be generated for you, with a QR code that automatically fills in the info your recipient needs for a return
Receipts are generated individually for each item in an order
If the entire order is a gift, our packing slip also acts as a gift receipt and will not display pricing information
When you see a Dudley item you love, just select the size and color you prefer and click the “add to cart” button. Once your cart is full, click the pineapple at the top right of your screen, then click Check Out on the bottom of your shopping bag. Log in (that way you’ll see your Pineapple Points, too!) or enter your contact and credit card information if shopping for the first time. Then, look out for an email confirmation in your inbox, and get ready for your Dudley delivery! If you prefer, you may also place an order over the phone by calling us at203-340-2384 during normal business hours.

If our email states that your refund has been processed by Dudley Stephens, we recommend reaching out to your bank for more information as a next step, to find out how long it will take them to process your refund. Depending on your bank, this can take up to a few weeks to process.
We work hard to process refunds quickly, and we appreciate your patience! Please allow 3-5 business days from when your return has been delivered to our warehouse for your refund to be processed. You’ll get an email from us when this is complete.

If you sent the incorrect Dudley Stephens item back, we can try to help get it back to you. Any non-Dudley Stephens item sent back to our warehouse without approval will be donated or disposed of.
If you would like to exchange your item for a different color, style, or fabric type, please visit our returns page and select the "shop for something new" option and follow the prompts to choose the perfect item for you. All discounts and Pineapple Points used on your original order will carry over to your new item. If the new item is at a higher price point, you will be asked to enter your payment information.

Just follow the instructions to print an exchange shipping label, and we’ll send out the new size once your existing item is in the mail. Please ship your item as soon as possible, to ensure we have inventory available. No worries: You will not lose your discount—we offer free and even exchanges.
We’re proud that all Dudley Stephens orders are shipped in recycled mailers. As a family-owned and operated company producing products made from recycled materials, we are careful to avoid over-production and waste in our packaging.
To verify, check the registration info on the back of your VISA gift card. We’ve found that certain VISA gift cards require you to register them first online; when you register, you can add your name and billing info so online websites like ours can accept them. Unfortunately, we aren’t able to verify the value or applicable rules for these cards, so please contact their customer service department with any questions.
Unfortunately, our site only accepts one form of payment (other than our own gift cards). So if your VISA gift card has less remaining value than the total you are spending, you will not be able to then use a credit card to complete the purchase. If this is the case, we suggest buying one of our e-gift cards with your VISA gift card. That way, you will be automatically sent a gift card code from Dudley Stephens through your email, which you can then use at checkout in combination with your credit card at checkout.
Pineapple Points can be redeemed in fixed amounts based on the purchase price. You must have at least 250 Pineapple Points in order to redeem them. Please see the below available redemption increments:
Yes—if you returned an item and used Pineapple Points on the original purchase, your Points will be refunded to your Devoted account once your return is processed. Please allow 3-5 days to see the points refunded once your return is delivered to our warehouse; if those points have not been refunded after 5 days, please reach out to us at firstname.lastname@example.org for help. Please note: The new points you’d earned on the returned order will be deducted from your Devoted points balance once the returned item’s refund is processed.
You can accrue Pineapple Points by ordering under two separate emails (depending on which account you’re logged in with), but it’s not possible to transfer or merge the points into one account or another. So shop accordingly!
If an item you’re interested in is showing sold out in your size, you can also sign up for restock alerts by clicking the “Notify me when available” button and entering your email on that item’s product page. In general, to stay informed of the latest news and restock alerts, please sign up for our newsletter by entering your email in the sign-up link at the bottom of our home page.
Sometimes, we receive an item back through a return, and multiple customers who signed up for that same restock notification are alerted at once—so these items can sell out very quickly. We recommend signing up for restock alerts again and purchasing as soon as you see a new “back in stock” email!

Orders placed prior to 12 p.m. ET M-F will be processed by our warehouse within 2 business days. Delivery time will depend on the shipping method you select at checkout. Generally, you can expect your package to arrive within the below timeframe:
- Ground shipping - allow 7-10 business days for orders to be delivered, once shipped
- Express shipping - allow 2 days to be delivered, once shipped, if ordered by noon ET, excluding Saturday & Sunday

We can only change a shipping address within 30 minutes of placing your order, so please notify us right away at email@example.com if you made an error or need to update shipping information. Please note, depending on where an order is within the shipping process, we may not be able to make any changes to your shipping address and Dudley Stephens is not responsible for any errors made by the customer.
Please notify us within 24-48 hours of receipt if your order has arrived missing an item, damaged or with the appearance of tampering. We ask that you include photo evidence of your item showing the issue, so that we can best assist you and provide a solution as soon as possible.
We are pleased to offer international shipping to select countries through our shipping partner, Passport. Available countries can be found in the ‘country’ drop-down menu in our Shopify checkout. Shipping rates for international orders, including duties and taxes, will be calculated at checkout.
International orders are typically delivered within 8-14 business days once the order has been fulfilled. Once your order has been fulfilled, the estimated delivery date will be shown on your tracking page.
