Great item, but shipping is another story…

"I have always loved DS, and this item did not disappoint. Same great quality I have come to expect with DS. I had my fleece monogrammed and am very happy with how it turned out. The only reason I didn’t give 5 stars is because of shipping. It took over two weeks for my item to get to me once it was shipped. I think DS has changed their shipping carrier to DHL, which - in my opinion - is the worst of the available options. Please drop them and go back to UPS or FedEx!"
