Inside the Townhouse: A Kitchen Refresh with Annie Selke
It was love at first sight when we walked into The Townhouse, our headquarters and design studio, for the first time. At the top of one of the country’s premier retail destinations, our building has a storied feel, with a vintage charm that made us feel right at home.
Along with its charming patina, though, the space needed a bit of buffing in certain corners—beginning in the kitchen. So we cooked up a kitchen reboot with luxe home furnishings designer Annie Selke. With the simple introduction Dudley green with their Dash & Albert diamond-patterned Crystal Rug in Sprout (indoor/outdoor for added durability) and the texture of the Ridge Cordless Wicker Shade, the space was instantly elevated and softened in a thoroughly modern way.
Rounded out with cabinetry from Ikea, glassware from Pottery Barn and a refrigerator with retro appeal from Smeg, the space is now workday-functional and soirée-ready!
