Ordering
We'll do our best to make changes (including canceling) to your order as long as you notify us atinfo@dudley-stephens.comwithin 30 minutes of placing your order. Please note, depending on where an order is within the shipping process, we may not be able to make any changes and Dudley Stephens is not responsible for any errors made by the customer.
Returns & Exchanges
Orders placed October 29th through December 5 will be returnable until January 6th, 2026.
Orders placed from December 6th on will be subject to our regular return policy of returnable within 30 days from the date of purchase - excluding any final sale items.
Exchanges: We now offer instant exchanges which allows a new exchange order to be placed right away instead of waiting for your return to be delivered at our warehouse. To make any exchange, you will be asked to enter your payment information for a temporary $1 hold even if it is an even exchange. A pre-paid return label will be emailed to you once the exchange request has been submitted. Please make sure to send your original order back within 14 days of creating the exchange to ensure you are not charged the full product price.
Size exchanges: To exchange the same item for a different size, visit the returns portal and choose your item to return. Select a return reason , and press Exchange. On the next page, select your new size and press exchange.
New item/color: To exchange for a different style, please visit the returns portal and choose your item to return. Select a return reason , and press Exchange or Shop with Return Credit On the next page, to use credits click the Shop with return credits link to shop our site for something new.
If you believe you received a damaged item, please reach out to info@dudley-stephens.comwithin 48 hours of your order delivery. Please be sure to include a photo of the defect so that we can best assist you and provide a solution as soon as possible.
Once your return has been delivered, please allow 5-7 business days from the date of delivery, for your refund to be processed. You will receive an email confirming the refund when it is complete.
Depending on the bank, your refund can take anywhere from 5 business days - 2 weeks to see the refund.
We now offer free returns and exchanges when you choose to protect your order at checkout. Add Checkout+ to your cart and enjoy simple, free returns/exchanges in the return portal along with package protection if your package is lost, stolen or damaged.
Without Checkout+:
- A returns fee of $10 will be charged for shipping costs.
- An exchange fee of $5 will be charged at checkout with your new item order.
- Unfortunately, we cannot be liable for lost, damaged or stolen items.
Essential Workers Discount Program
Currently, our discount is valid for teachers, military members, health care professionals and first responders.
The 15% off discount can be used site wide on discountable products (some exclusions apply), with no minimum spend. Eligible customers must be verified through SheerID. Code is good for one order; customers can be re-verified after 30 days have passed since the previous approval.

Shipping/Delivery
Typically your order will take 2 business days of processing before it is shipped out. Delivery time will depend on the shipping method you select at checkout. Our shipping timeframes are below:
- Ground shipping - allow 7-10 business days for orders to be delivered, once shipped
- Express shipping - allow 2 days to be delivered, once shipped, if ordered by noon ET, excluding Saturday & Sunday
*During site sales and holidays when there is a high influx of orders, customers may experience shipping delays
You will receive an email confirmation with a tracking number once your order has been shipped from our warehouse. You can track your order by clicking on the tracking link.
When packages appear to be missing, it’s usually due to one of these situations:
- The package has been delivered to a neighbor’s home
- The package has been delivered to a different spot than normal on your property (so be sure to check all doors, porches, decks, mailboxes, the garage, etc.)
- Occasionally, shipping carriers will mark packages as delivered before they’ve actually dropped off the package—so there is a chance your package may still show up
If you are still unable to locate your package after 3 business days of the shipping carrier reporting delivery, please reach out to us at info@dudley-stephens.com and we will file a claim.
Please notify us within 2 business days of receipt if your order has arrived missing an item or with the appearance of tampering. We ask that you include photo evidence of your item showing the issue, so that we can best assist you and provide a solution as soon as possible.
We are pleased to offer international shipping to select countries through our shipping partner, Passport. Available countries can be found in the ‘country’ drop-down menu in our Shopify checkout. Shipping rates for international orders, including duties and taxes, will be calculated at checkout.
International orders are typically delivered within 8-14 business days once the order has been fulfilled. Once your order has been fulfilled, the estimated delivery date will be shown on your tracking page.

Payment Methods
Dudley Stephens accepts the following payment methods:
Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Diners Club, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal, Amazon Pay, and Shop Pay Installments.
To verify, check the registration info on the back of your VISA gift card. We’ve found that certain VISA gift cards require you to register them first online; when you register, you can add your name and billing info so online websites like ours can accept them. Unfortunately, we aren’t able to verify the value or applicable rules for these cards, so please contact their customer service department with any questions.
Unfortunately, our site only accepts one form of payment (other than our own gift cards). So if your VISA gift card has less remaining value than the total you are spending, you will not be able to then use a credit card to complete the purchase. If this is the case, we suggest buying one of our e-gift cards with your VISA gift card. That way, you will be automatically sent a gift card code from Dudley Stephens through your email, which you can then use at checkout in combination with your credit card at checkout.
Promotions
Items purchased as final sale cannot be returned or exchanged. Unfortunately we cannot make exceptions. We understand that buying Final Sale items is a commitment, so if you have any questions about the style, please reach out to customer service before placing your order. Items purchased as gifts still apply to our 'Final Sale' policy and cannot be returned.
Pineapple Points cannot be combined with discount codes.
Only one discount code may be applied per purchase; discount codes cannot be stacked. See Terms of Sale for complete details.
Price Adjustments
Due to a systems limitation, we cannot add a discount code after an order is placed. The order will need to be canceled (if placed within 30 minutes) and then placed again with the discount code applied. Please reach out to info@dudley-stephens.com if you need assistance with this.
All discount codes and sale prices are for use on new purchases; they cannot be applied retroactively to previous purchases. See Terms of Sale for complete details on promotions.
Dudley Devoted Program / Pineapple Points
To sign up for our loyalty program, click here to join and start earning Pineapple Points.
Pineapple Points can be redeemed in fixed amounts based on the order total. You must have at least 250 Pineapple Points in order to redeem them. Please see the below available redemption increments:
- $25 for 250 points: purchase minimum of $100
- $50 for 500 points: purchase minimum of $150
- $75 for 750 points: purchase minimum of $200
- $100 for 1000 points: purchase minimum of $250
If you returned an entire order and used Pineapple Points on the original purchase, your Points will be refunded to your Devoted account once your return is processed. Points are not refunded if an order is partially returned. Please allow 5-7 days to see the points refunded once your return is delivered to our warehouse; if those points have not been refunded after 7 days, please reach out to us at info@dudley-stephens.com for help.Please note: The new points you’d earned on the returned order will be deducted from your Devoted points balance once the returned item’s refund is processed.
Points expire one year after the date they were earned. For example, points earned from a purchase on 8/01/2025 will expire if unused on 8/01/2026.
You can accrue Pineapple Points by ordering under two separate emails (depending on which account you’re logged in with), but it’s not possible to transfer or merge the points into one account or another.
We are happy to offer our customers the opportunity to accrue points toward future purchases through the Dudley Devoted loyalty program. Since the program is offered as a customer perk, we do reserve the right to change the program design, terms of use and Pineapple Point value at any time.

Gifting
To generate a gift receipt:
- Log in to your account at the top right of any page at dudley-stephens.com
- Under My Account, click the order number for the gifted item
- Click View Gift Receipt
- A printable/shareable gift receipt will be generated for you, with a QR code that automatically fills in the info your recipient needs for a return
- Receipts are generated individually for each item in an order
- If the entire order is a gift, our packing slip also acts as a gift receipt and will not display pricing information
- By adding a gift receipt to your order, the giftee will have all the information necessary to set up their gift return
Merchandise Information

When an item is restocked, it can sell out very quickly. We recommend signing up for restock alerts again and purchasing as soon as you see a new "back in stock" email!
