Role and Responsibilities
- Achieve sales and client outreach goals on a weekly and monthly basis
- Engage and approach all customers in a timely manner
- Share brand and product knowledge with the customer
- Create and grow client relationships and build personal clientele through proactive client outreach
- Maintain and update client books, track personal productivity, and take initiative to set appointments to drive business
- Embrace brand values to provide exceptional customer experience
- Exceed customers expectations at all times
- Assist manager in the execution of merchandise presentation and visual direction
- Maintain a clean and organized appearance of Townhouse
- Unpack, steam and organize deliveries
- This position is temporary with an approximate timeline of September 7th 2020 to January 31st 2021
- This is an hourly position located at our Greenwich, CT showroom
- Candidate must be flexible with scheduling and available to work retail hours 5 days a week, which may include weekends and/or holidays, based on company needs
