We’re all for cheat days—or, let’s be honest, the one big cheat day that is the holiday season. And that’s all the more reason to fit in fitness during this busy time of year. After Elle was born in June 2017, I turned to Countdown Fitness, launched by personal trainer Anel Dzafic, to help me regain my strength in a realistic way.
