2. Complete a DS Renew return for a label to send in your piece. You won’t be charged for anything along the way.

3. Within thirty days, 250 Pineapple Points will be added to your Dudley Devoted account for each piece recycled. That’s $25 towards your next order of $100 or more.

  • A single prepaid label accommodates up to 5 DS items for recycling. Please place a new DS Renew order for each shipment of up to 5 DS items.
  • Once your order is placed, visit our returns page here and enter your order number/zip code. Choose “DS Renew” as the item you’d like to return, and choose “recycle” as the return reason.
  • Download the shipping label and drop your item(s) off at USPS using your own mailer or box.
  • We’ll email $25 in Pineapple Points to your registered email address for each item recycled, within 30 days.
  • You must have a Dudley Devoted account to apply your points to your next purchase of $100 or more. Sign up for free here.
  • Only Dudley Stephens products will be accepted through the program.
Materials recycled through DS Renew are separated by type, then shredded into raw material and used as filler for products such as sports equipment, furniture and pet bedding.

FAQs: DS Renew

Please allow 30 days for your points to reach your account. You will have 1 year from the day the points are awarded to apply them to a purchase.

You do not need your order number for the items you are recycling. As long as your items are Dudley Stephens pieces—even if gifted or purchased from retail partners—we can recycle them. No receipt is necessary.

 In order to get your DS Renew shipping label, add the number of Dudley Stephens ‘DS Renew’ items you’d like to recycle to your cart. (Note: If recycling more than 5 pieces at a time, please place multiple orders with a maximum number of 5 pieces per order). Continue checking out with your number of recycled items, which will create a free order. Once the order confirmation is sent to your email, visit our returns site and enter your order number and shipping zip code. From here, follow the instructions to get your shipping label (either emailed label, or a QR code) to send back your item to us using your own packaging. Once your items are sent back to us, your items will be recycled and points will be added to your account at the end of the month.

Yes, we accept any Dudley Stephens item for our recycling program.

Our Dudley Devoted rewards program is always subject to change. All terms of the program are available on the FAQ page of our website.

Once we receive your items back, your products go to our recycling partner where they will be separated by fabric and recycled into raw materials, to be used as filler in items like sports equipment, furniture, pet bedding and more.

You cannot get back your items once they have been recycled.

You can use your Pineapple Points Points on any item at dudley-stephens.com as long as it meets the following criteria:

  • Minimum purchase of $100 or more for each 250 reward, or $25 off your purchase
  • Pineapple Points are not combinable with other promotions or discount codes
  • Pineapple Points are valid for 1 year only after date earned

After following the steps at our returns portal, your return label will be issued via email.

Please return your DS Renew items separately. Any returns or exchanges of full-priced, unworn merchandise should be returned using a separate shipping label and shipped in a separate package.

Your return for all DS Renew items for recycling will not be subject to our returns processing fee.

At this time, we are only accepting returns of DS Renew recycling items via USPS to our warehouse.
